Five Days Along the Pacific Coast

August 2013. To follow the Pacific Coast, just moseying along it, a couple hundred miles a day — it's one of the great drives of North America. My wife and I did this in July as part of our investigation of where to retire. While we originally meant to take two weeks and go as far as Vancouver, BC, we got no farther than Coos Bay and rearranged things to spend the rest of our time there. Here's the whole trip.
